Recovery, Slowdown and Normalized Market Conditions are all buzz words or key terms you may be reading or hearing related to the local, national and international real estate markets.
 
Locally we are seeing some interesting trends and I have plenty of information and reports you can request from me. The headline is even with slightly more inventory than a year ago, we continue to see prices increase and days on market stay relatively short (less than two weeks).
 
I am currently working with Sellers looking to bring their homes on the market in early Spring 2022, as the work we will do to prepare their homes warrants the time in advance so we can get them the highest possible price!
 
For Buyer's, it's a great time to be in the market as inventory will begin to slow down over the coming weeks and so will number of buyers out there actively shopping, so this is a great time to be looking and even better if you are shopping for condo.
 
Your Annual Property Tax Bill should be arriving shortly. Remember your first payment is due December 10th, 2021 and your second installment is due by April 10th, 2022.
