You will work with local experts that I will schedule to ensure we have a robust disclosure packet. This includes General and PEST inspections, Sewer Lateral, Sidewalk (where applicable), Roof and Structural Engineers (when needed) and any other needed to sell your home.

Each home is different, as are the specialized staging companies I work with. I will bring in 3 companies to bid on your listing.

Working to understand the motivation of the buyer for a property enables me to tailor a marketing and promotion plan that will maximize your properties to reach the most buyers in today’s market.
