Setting up a Client's Personal Search

Using a proprietary home search tool, I create a daily search that highlights both on- and off-market properties in a concise way for the viewer. When the buyer interacts with the platform, it can then offer them choices that highlight features and benefits they love. This allows us to get a preview of homes before the buyer schedules viewings.

Home Viewings

We define the strategy that’s right for you. If weekend open houses are the best way for you to see homes, then we discuss the best way to do this in advance. When the buyer identifies the home they believe is right, we review disclosures and can go back and do a little more research to ensure all questions are answered prior to making an offer.

Disclosure Process

Disclosures 101 – We go through a disclosure packet together to understand what each of the reports, forms, and inspections are within a well-prepared disclosure packet. This includes General and PEST inspections, Sewer Lateral, Sidewalk (where applicable) inspections, Roof and Structural Engineers (when needed), and any other needed expertise when a buyer is considering a home.
