I hope this finds you warm and cozy, getting ready for some celebration. Hopefully taking a little time to slow down and reflect on all things important like family, friends and giving back to those less fortunate in our community near and far.
It has been another record breaking year in Bay Area real estate. Overall, inventory remains down, which continued to drive prices higher (Contact me for November specific market stats).
Single family homes will probably not see a change in the near term. However, Condo living in Oakland will see some relief with several new projects being completed including the long awaited launch of the Brooklyn Basin with waterfront living just south of Jack London Square.
I am working hard over the coming weeks to prepare two new listings for market in January in February. I'll be representing a great one bedroom condo just blocks from the Ashby Bart in Berkeley and in February a beautiful four bedrooms, two and a half bathroom home with pool in Pleasant Hill.
