Fall has arrived, as far as the home selling and buying market goes.
The highlights are that inventory is up slightly over this time last year. Total sales are flat to slightly down from LY, although the average sale was still +10% over the asking price vs. LY.
September has started out very strong with inventory up over last year and from this past weekend's open houses. Last Saturday I had 150 people and Sunday 100 people at each of my open houses so there are still plenty of buyers out in the market looking for their home.
