It's been a month since we last connected and I hope this finds you, your family and friends well. I know things are not as usual and probably will not be for some time.
This month's Real Estate news has been astounding. While everyone has been in various states of lock down, sellers are starting to move forward with previously scheduled sales while there are buyers literally chomping at the bit to purchase.
The bay area is of course feeling major repercussions of employer's shutting down over the past two months, however we still have a very high level of demand and need for housing of folks who are well funded and seeking their piece of the "American Dream" of home ownership.
Several of my buyer's have closed in the past month, several more will close later this month and in early June and I suspect we are in for a very active Summer season, as many folks are finally able to start resuming some of their regular activities.
