It's the time of year again where we get together with family and friends to express our gratitude for having one another in our lives. Some people use it as a time to reflect, recharge and reset, laying out a vision for the year ahead.

It's also a time where I work with my selling clients to prepare their home for sale in the new year. For buyer's, it's a great time to familiarize yourself with neighborhoods and potentially find property when fewer people are shopping.
