The entire U.S. housing market took a further hit over the past 45 days with a series of interest rate increases that have forced some buyers out of the market and is causing some sellers to either delay or hold off on selling.
Fortunately, the East Bay housing market is still running with low inventory and buyers are finding they have a little more room for negotiating than in previous years.
