Spring is already off to a better start than a year ago. December 2023 sales (-6% to 2023) and you will see that earlier in the year we were seeing monthly unit sales -20-30%. In Q4 2023, we saw this slow and business remained strong.
Buyer's looking to find deals are shopping sooner in the season so there is less competition.
Sellers working with strong agents are timing their properties' sales with the height of the Spring or Fall Market to take advantage of more buyers being active.
