It's hard to believe another year has come and gone and if recent home sales data is any indication of the larger economic issues the U.S. is faced with, we should expect the next few months to be challenging as well.
Thankfully buyers are seeing some relief on home loan rates and hopefully this will continue. Many home sellers I am working with have chosen to delay their home sale until later in spring when there will be more buyers in the market. Overall, home inventory is also dramatically lower versus last year, which keeps selling prices relatively stable by city, although every city seems to have a separate story.
It's time to slow down and focus on family and friends, however, and I am available to discuss your specific questions through the holidays.
