We are so fortunate to have had a mild summer and by the looks of my Instagram and Facebook feed many of you have had awesome vacations in some incredible locations around the globe!
Schools seem to be starting sooner in the fall and we are also seeing new properties hit the market a little earlier than years past probably also since Summer was slow.
The real estate market continued to see sales year over year dramatically change in July 2022.
Many folks are not placing homes on the market during the summer months. There were also fewer buyers shopping, creating a little less competition on some properties which actually allowed several of my buyers to get in contract without having to deal with multiple counter offers.
My sellers, fortunately, are still receiving multiple offers, however this is not the case for many of my brothers and sisters who are having a more challenging time.
Interest rates are starting to fall again and in less than two weeks the Fall 2022 home selling season will begin.
