Our real estate market continues to be full of surprises and last month we saw sales units down less than in previous months.
High interest rates continue to reduce the number of buyers currently shopping, however those that are looking for a home are still seeing competition when looking at single family homes.
Condos are taking longer to sell and the market for these homes are softer, mostly driven by the high interest rates.
