Fall Housing Market

Fall Housing Market

This week marks the beginning of the fall housing market. Low inventory (although higher than previous years) paired with continued low interest rates are still motivating buyers.

Final Sale Price is the thing that frustrates most buyers in today's East Bay market and it has quite a long history here. Traditionally, properties in the East Bay are priced low to entice buyers and they sell at "fair market value." For the armchair real estate enthusiast who does not see the value of working with a RE professional, I can only imagine how daunting it must be to think you can understand where pricing may end up on a home you are interested in.

Our market is driven by analytics, facts and figures. I love being able to share this information with my clients (both buyers and sellers) as this removes emotion from the conversation and allows for more rational decision making that typically enables my clients to get in contract faster than my competition and enjoy the home buying process and experience.

Do you or someone you know and care about have questions where they need factual information about today's local or broader national or international Real Estate market?

Just reach out and let me know how I can support and advise.

Have a good month!
