A lot is being reported in the news about a U.S. real estate slow down and in most of the country that is happening. In the East Bay, successful industries (medicine and technology), rising interest rates and lack of single family home inventory are driving prices higher while condo sales are a different story.
People are still selling and buying homes and everyone's "right time to sell or buy" needs to be a personal decision that's not always tied to larger macro economics.
