It feels like it gets a little earlier each year, Back to School 2023 is in full swing, as kids prepare for their year ahead parents look forward to a little peace and quiet at home.
Summer East Bay real estate has gone back to pre-pandemic patterns of low inventory and less demand, all of which is consistent with trends we have been seeing throughout the past year.
Our Fall real estate market will kick off the week of September 3rd. Expect less inventory than a year ago coupled with high demand. Our fall housing season is about 6-8 weeks long before things start to slow down as we near the Holidays.
