2025 is here and let's just say the year is not starting off the way Californian's would want it to.
 
I am finding it hard to process what our families and friends are dealing with down in the LA area, as we have been hit hard with insurance issues as a state for the past two years and things will only become far more challenging as we struggle to recover from these horrific fires. Interest rates continue to remain high and inventory in most areas of the East Bay is pretty scarce and will remain so for the next 3 weeks until we officially start the Spring selling season.
